Dr. Jitheesh Thilak is the Founder & CEO of Thilak Fons & Farabi Legal (TFF Legal), a UAE-based international legal consultancy delivering cross-border corporate legal solutions, fractional general counsel services, and board-level advisory to multinational corporations, private investors, and high-growth enterprises.

He is widely recognised for his strategic legal insight and his ability to operate at the intersection of law, business, and governance. His work is focused on the hospitality, real estate, and tourism sectors, where he advises developers, operators, and investors on structuring, development, and operational frameworks across complex, multi-jurisdictional environments. His advisory spans the full investment lifecycle — from market entry and asset structuring to governance, compliance, risk allocation, and strategic contract structuring.

He holds a PhD in Law with a focus on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, and ESG.
